Vibration around 70mph

For awhile now my '05 has a highway speed vibration. Currently it has 113k but this problem has been around since like 75k and I can't figure it out.

Get up to highway speeds and pass through 70mph with a load on the engine...then right around 75mph if you unload just a little and begin to cruise it vibrates. Unload all the way and it's gone, load it up and pass through 80 something and it's gone (at least it feels gone).

I have had a new set of tires, alignments, and I swapped both front wheel bearings.
Then I rebuild the front end with new struts, springs, and bushings. Still does it.

Any ideas?

Very similar to this issue:

Re: Vibration around 70mph

Stupid Q...but have you ROAD FORCE balance your tires?

Re: Vibration around 70mph

Nope, never tried roadforce balance before. But this is the second set of tires that do it and I have balanced and rotated them several times.

It's time for another set of tires and I was hoping to figure this out while I was at it.

I'm wondering if it's an inner CV going bad. But I would imagine it would have gotten way worse since around 75k.

All the other stuff people suggested in the posts I have done, front wheel bearings, struts, strut mounts, tie-rod ends.

Only other things I haven't checked are the arm bushings.

Make sure that whatever tire store you go to that they have a ROAD FORCE TIRE BALANCE.

Re: Vibration around 70mph

I'd just say it is your tires worn unevenly. Sienna's seem to do this especially the AWD versions. I'd get new tires and see what happens. Mine did this before I replaced the tires. Now no problem. I go for higher load rated tires for this reason.
