Re: Dashboard Replacement Under Warranty
After initially being notified in April 2015 that my dash could be replaced in warranty, I finally got the call from my local dealer in July 2016 & had the dash pad cover replaced in August. Prior to that, I did call call them every few months to be sure that I was still on the list. They told me that the parts from Toyota were slow to come in.
About 3 weeks after having the dash replaced, I was the 3rd vehicle in an accident with a drunk driver. My van was totaled. Since then, I've purchased another 2004 Sienna XLE with 91k miles and am back on the list again to have the dash pad cover replaced.
