2012 Sienna SE low beam light doen't work

Sienna SE left low beam light went out and bulb looks good. Fuse, according to the manual, should be in slot-4 by engine but nothing in the slot. Replacement light bulb is not H-11 as owner's manual states.

So, 1). Where is fuse located?

Any help would be appreciated.

The fuse should be under the H-LP LH in the engine bay. The bulb is H-11, was yours labeled something else? Sometimes the connector gets loose, my right hand turn signal bulb needs a jiggle every so often.
