Possibly the door in the vent system that diverts air flow depending on the setting is stuck or not actuating. If you choose other vent settings like blowing to the feet, does it still blow hot instead of cold?
It has the fancy climate control crap. The passenger side is ice cold and the rear is ice cold. Also when you start it. It doesn't come on and when it does it comes on set at 75* and the back stays off. I'm a refrigeration tech and I check the gas and it's fine.
Did you check the blend servo (see previous post)? There are three of these all together. The one you are looking for will be on the side of the console in the driver's footwell. There are two: the lower one controls the temperature and is easily accessible, the upper one controls the mode (defrost, etc) and is a bear to replace.
The final servo is located in the passenger footwell and controls the passenger temperature.
