2015 Sienna accelerating on its own from dead stop

Hey everyone,

Was hoping I could get some input from members here

Today I noticed while approaching a red light that when I took my foot off the gas, it was still being indicated on the "Instant MPG" that the van was using gas. In the past, whenever I take my foot off of the gas, the instant MPG will indicate 0 L/100 km

I pulled over to a side street and came to a full stop, took my foot off of the gas, and the van accelerated on its own to nearly 30 km/h. I was not on a downhill slope. I turned the van off, waited 30 sec, and turned it back on and the issue went away.

Kindly see following link to video:

Any idea why this is happening?
