How to remove rear door panel on 2011 Sienna LE?

I need to replace a backup light bulb. In the owners' manual, Step 1 is to "Remove the back door trim board" with a diagram indicating that it can be removed starting at the top. I don't see any notches or anything around the edges indicating a point where the trim board should be pried off. I tried gently prying in a few locations (corners, center...) but it doesn't seem to want to budge. I'm afraid I'll break it if I apply too much force in the wrong spot. I can't seem to find any photos or videos of someone removing the kind of one-piece panel that is on the 2011 Sienna. Does anyone have detailed instructions with pictures or videos?
