Auto Ride Height Control

Hey, I don't have a Sienna yet (waiting on a 12k tax refund ((still, long story)). Any way I have been wondering if anyone has put an auto ride height controller out of a GM product, I have only owned GM big sedans, till the sienna SE we will be buying soon.

The air assist on the sedans has been flawless, just have to replace the shocks at about 80,000 miles. The compressor and and ride height controller could be adapted quite easily to work with either bags or air assists shocks.

Also why do I not see air assist shocks as a viable option over bags, to me it seems like an easier more reliable option.

Any level controller is potentially worth trying; I would be interested to see how GM hardware would work out. The availability of self-leveling air suspension is the only reason that I considered a GM van before buying the Sienna.

Air shocks, on the other hand, are not an option because the way the shocks are mounted up the wheel well likely does not allow enough room for the larger diameter of a shock with an air bladder.

When I get my se I'm going to put in one and I'll let you know how it works out. They are all over ebay. Or I'll take it out of my Aurora.
