How to dissassemble E7007 Nav system

Hello Guys
Our 2007 Sienna with E7007 that is not taking map disk and after clicking it spits the disk out. I already removed it out of the van and now the hard part is to disassemble it to get to the map disk drive. Can any one please give me some idea on where to start disassembly,. I do have some electronic experience but it looks very compact. Also, what pins are used to power up the unit on bench. Thx

Re: How to dissassemble E7007 Nav system

I was able to disassemble the unit after got a hint from this site and cleaned the laser lens hoping that it was the problem as laser was not reading the disk and spitting it out. Once i assembled back then problem did not fix.
that means i have to replace the map disk player. Does any one knows where to get the map player. At least now i know how to replace it . Thx

Re: How to dissassemble E7007 Nav system

Hello Guys, Happy New Year. Just want to give an update. I was able to fix one of the broken small gear with some missing teeth using GB weld and it worked. system is working with only one issue, no voice guidance during navigation nor no voice using phone via blue tooth. Any thoughts.
