Lightbulb Looking for "almost garbage" quality fog lights for '04 or '05.

Yeah, it would be nice if the mounts are mostly intact and the lenses are not broken,
but the integrity of the bulb mount and reflector are unimportant.

I have a project in mind and don't want to spend the money on brand new lights just to cut them up.
Of course, I am willing to pay a modest amount for the lights and cover all of shipping.

And yes, it's likely going to be another one of my "hotel parking lot projects".

Sorry, but I don't have anything available to feed your science experiment, but I am interested in what you come up with. I'm running a set of lower cost TYC fogs on my '08, and recently had some thoughts about an internals upgrade from 'bad reflectors' to projectors. Step one was to try and remove the lens from the housing using the 'standard' 250'F bake for 10 minutes, but I was stymied by the use of RTV as a sealant rather than the soft black goop more commonly found. Without the ability to remove the lens, I gave up and put the lamp back into the bumper. I'm curious as to what adhesive the OEM fogs use.

Not really looking for a "projector" project, I was going to look at the feasability of cutting away the reflectors, just leaving the stock lens, and mounting some good fog lights behind them, like a Hella 550. Since virtually any aftermarket light will look a bit out of place due to the curvature of the stock location, I was just going to use the stock lens as a finished bezel.

Whatever I find, might not work with yours, as the '08 lights are different than the '04/'05.
