I bought the warranty through doug and have to bring in the car for a recall on the oil hose, I assume that I am entitled to a rental under my warranty? The warranty allows for rentals, i'm just wondering that this is not being fixed under the extended but is a recall.

The recall wouldn't be a warranty repair, so the rental coverage may not be offered...check with your local dealer.
