2011 XLE passenger window problems

I posted before about the front passenger window going up and going right back down which I've fixed by repeatedly opening and closing it a few times in a row. That fixes it and it stays shut but hits the top with a definate hard clunk, whereas the driver side has a soft contact at the top and has never had this problem. Now, for the third time, this going up and going right back down is happening. Has anyone had a similar problem? Fix? Time for a trip to the dealer?
