Hi, I'm planning on buying a '15 Sienna. I want the SE model because it has dynamic power steering assist and stiffer suspension. I wonder if some of you could tell me if those SE-only feature could break more or be more expensive to repair? I want to make sure before buying that we make...

i got a quote from PepBoys that to do a tuneup on my 2002 Toyota Sienna it would cost $492. Is that about the average price to do tuneup on this vehicle? Price seems excessive.

Did a brake job on my 2004 drum brakes. Used aftermarket shoes and Rayestos spring set. Have had nothing but problems since. Pulsing, howling etc. Finally had shop re-do brake job with OEM shoes and turn original drums. Now pulsing and making wup-wup-wup sound when stopping. Shop tried...

Curious about dealer cost experiences of forum members for transmission fluid exchange. Not the partial drain and fill, but the full exchange which requires a special machine. My local dealer just quoted $300 which seems WAY high. Was expecting $150-200.

My TRAC OFF, VSC, and check engine light came on. New mechanic discovered my airbox was broken (prob by dealer) and repaired it temporarily (said i would probably need a new one) and replaced some broken hoses. Lights came back on 1 day later. Any idea of the cost to replace the airbox? Thanks!

Dealership said I need to replace them and asking $436.50 for parts and $372.60 for labour. I have lots of noises. Last summer I had to replace front axel(or shaft) and that was around $900. I have only ~130,000 km. Are these prices too high? I want to keep my car for a few more years, and I...

My 2004 LE AWD has 150k miles and is otherwise in nice shape, but the tranny is toast. My local independent shop says a rebuilt tranny with warranty is $3,100 and they want about $1,800 to install it. I trust their work, but the cost seems outrageous. I'd like to drive the van another...

Just chatted with a local dealer, and the service guy quoted me $525 for the timing belt and the drive belts (alternator, pwr steering pump belts). Said 3-4 hrs labor. I asked about the idler pulleys, water pump, and tensioner, and he said those almost never go out, and doesn't recommend...

I am considering going with an AWD model new Sienna for occasional runs to the snow. Has anyone experienced lower fuel economy, higher maintenance costs, or any problems with the AWD system? From everything I have read I don't notice any complaints.
