2011 AWD MPG no higher than 22 mpg? Did a 1000 mile round-trip, 500 each way, less than 50 miles of it were city. Tires inflated to recommended 35 psi. 2 adults, 2 kids, not a lot of cargo. Should I accept the dash stating that the highest was 21.7 MPG?

They all use the same engine, yet the 04 was rated 19/27mpg, while the 05-06 were rated 19/26/mpg. Does anyone know what changed in 05 and gave lower MPG?
