I believe my mode select actuator (controls air flow from vent, defrost and floor) is bad. My switch on dash is stuck on defrost and wont move. But the air only comes out the vents. I was able to manually move the white cam plate under the dash to defrost. Is anyone familiar with this problem...

Hi- My 2001 Sienna has a stuck, Mode control switch. The switch is stuck on defrost yet air only comes out the dash vents. I cant turn the switch. Any help is appreciated. I want to try and do this myself if that's doable.
