I have a 2008 Sienna and it has 2 small black plastic pieces on the hood near the windshield. One of them fell off recently, probably when I was clearing snow off my car and now I can't find it. Does anyone know what these are called or where I can get a replacement?

Anyone else have this discoloration on the plastic in front of the windshield. Suppose to be black but where the water sits it discolors. Dealer sent it to the detail shop and they count not fix it. Seems like poor plastic that changes color when exposed to sitting water.
