ABS, brake, TPMS light constantly on. Instrument cluster shuts off intermittently (stealth mode), transmission shifts slowly into second occasionally (only when in stealth mode). left instrument cluster bulb behind tach illuminated intermittently for a while, no longer illuminating at all. Jumpered tc & e1. Got codes 32, 33, 38. Verified all 4 abs sensors in working condition.

As you found in researching this, those lights are most often turned on due to a problem with a speed sensor.

If you have the 38, you must have traction control.

The 32 and 33 codes refer to the left front and the rear right sensor signals, respectively. Since the 38 means an open circuit in the right rear sensor wiring, I'd try verifying that circuit first.

Also, note that at the bottom of the table, the BRAKE light shouldn't be on due to an error in the VSC. I'm sure you've already checked your fluid level, though.
