Question: The diagram shows a 7 piece set and your photo shows a 8 piece set. Is it because one is for the vehicles with sliding front console and the other is for fixed console ?

Yeah, I have the 8 pieces mats.. 2017 Toyota Sienna XLE. You can always take out the middle seat in the 2nd row.
