I have a 2004 AWD Toyota Sienna XLE that needs new front control arms and a front sub-frame. My local auto tech school is going to do the repairs for free, I just have to supply the parts. I have been trying to locate the sub-frame part online but I have been having a hard time. Most of the listings I see for the sub-frame say for FWD Sienna's. I have only seen 2 listings that are for AWD and I can't find the exact part number. I am looking for any info about buying this part. Would a part listed FWD fit on the AWD Sienna? TIA

why would you need to replace the subframe? unless it has been in an accident or rusted to death, should last the life of the vehicle. control arms are wear items, eventually

i wouldn't risk using a fwd for awd. the awd has a transfer case / drive shaft wile fwd does not.
