2004 Sienna LE outer tire wear, main seal-oil pan leak, reverse rattle, 83,XXX miles

Just bought this van. So far i have noticed when i shift into reverse i hear some rattling. Same when the heater comes on...heat shield(s)?

Next i noticed what i thought was just the oil pan gasket, turns out it is leaking 1 drop of oil every couple of days. I inspected it...seems to be it is leaking right above the oil pan. Main seal? How much to fix?

The van also pulls to the right and both of my front tires are wearing...looks to be evenly on both sides. It is just the outer tread on both sides? Chamber? Toe in? Both?

Please help

The rear main seal was replaced on my '08 under warranty. It is all labor, as it requires dropping the tranny to get at it. According to the service history printout Toyota was billed $815 for it, so figure on an even grand if it were a customer-pays type of repair.

Hey fibber2, thanks for the info. We took it back to dealer and it looks like they want to look at it on Thursday...so we will see. When I pay $9,000.00 for it I expect it to be it tip top shape...not leaking oil. Maybe I paid too much??? This is my first Toyota van and it rides so smooth and gets great gas mileage, I would hate to part with it. Hopefully some can tell me about this reverse rattle...
