The specs have reversed width and height so they’re about the same size. Only core thickness and radiator outlet diameter different. Compare with yours. I would think there’s no problem fitting a tow package radiator in a non tow package van. For that matter, a non tow package radiator in a tow package van if you don’t tow heavy loads long distances or uphill. At most you’ll need a different lower radiator hose.
Another telltale is the tow package driver side radiator fan has 6 blades. Non tow package driver side fan has 5 blades.
