2004 Toyota sienna high beams not working

Tried several things nothing seems to work both highbeams went out at the same time the bulbs look OK I tried swapping around some relays and all the fuses look OK I can't figure it out

the best way to start is to check for power and grounds......... you will need a multimeter.
