creaking sliding door issues

This problem just began a couple of days ago on my 2010 driver side slider. When going over bumps on 45mph roads or sharp left for say a turn, it groans and creaks. Didn't do that before and haven't used the door much at all. Hard to say what has changed. Any luck with yours?
