The tire size is 215/65 R16. So 16 inch Hubcaps will work. Hubcaps from Dealership are expensive, so I'm going for aftermarket hubcaps.

I think you're correct. Probably was an option. I bought my Sienna from a Toyota Dealership preowned in 2011 after my 2002 was totaled in an accident. I like the hubcap you found with the Toyota Emblem in the middle.

I had bad luck with cheap aftermarket wheel covers.
Have you checked the local salvage yard?
My local "junk yard" ordered used oem a lot cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Oem will last you forever.
3 of my mine are still the originals with 526k miles!

I have 16" steel wheels on my '06. Back when the wife drove it, she lost a wheel cover. I picked up a used one from eBay for $65(ish). In teaching her to drive, my daughter curbed a wheel, needing a replacement and I got aftermarket. It looks and functions identically. The only downside is that the Toyota logos are missing from the aftermarket ones and I wasn't motivated enough to unglue and reglue the old one.
