2009 Toyota Sienna no interior lights

Hello,

I have been trying to figure out why the interior lights on our van are not working. I checked the 10A fuse under the hood and it was not blown. everything works except for the overhead lights. Whether the switch is in Auto (door open), or ON all the time mode. I pulled the switch off for the overhead light, checked every wire and there was no power at any of the wires. is there a relay that controls the lights?
