2011 DVD Player Issues

I just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna and unfortunately we didn't have a DVD with us during the test drive. Now that I own it every DVD I put in the player tells me to "Check Disc." I have pulled the discs out, cleaned them and put them back in but I get the same error everytime.
