I saw that people can remove the manual seats in the 3rd row, however I can't find a guide or video on how to remove the power 3rd row.

Also at some point if the power goes bad is it possible to swap in manual ones or are they not compatible?

I just got a 2019 and I am wondering about this row. Power seats are what I wanted but was the only one available.

I've never seen a tutorial on how to remove the 3rd row power seats. All the posts I've seen about that were for manual third row seats. It shouldn't be particularly difficult to do. Get a set of tools and go to it. I doubt if the power 3rd row seats are subject to problems any more than the front power seats. The ones in my 2014 Limited have worked fine since new. It's a pretty cool feature but I'd rather the 2nd row seats had power adjustments - particularly for the leg rests.
