So I've been going thru hell with my sliding door and tailgate for this pass week. It not working at all. The power door off button - is not off. All the buttons inside the vehicle and also the remote fob isnt allowing the door to open. I can put the door in manual mode to slide open but the tail gate wont open. I have checked all the fuses and power. I replaced the battery on the fob. I also had my friend checked on a snapon scanner for any error codes but none for doors. This is for a 2019 Sienna SE any suggestions will be great. Yeah my warranty is up... Called toyota but im not covered.

After all you've tried, I suggest you take your Sienna to a Toyota dealership and pay them to diagnose the problem. It's weird that the tailgate can't be manually opened but I suppose that makes sense since the open button on the tailgate is an electrical switch instead of being mechanical.
