2019 Toyota Sienna SE Rear entertainment system lock

Hi

I just bought a 2019 Sienna SE and I am trying to use the DVD player, each time I use the remote the screen keeps showing up "Rear Entertainment System Lock". The remote is not doing its job, is there a way to control this from the main screen? This system is so confusing.
