Depleted 12v Auxiliary Battery TSB

I've seen a few complaints about 12v Battery rundown conditions. Some may be due to events that occur, others may be due to the ECU not properly powering down to a standby state. TSB #16 for 2021 software might apply.

I heard you can’t jump a hybrid unless it is another hybri. I heard it will damage the battery

Hybrid Siennas that won’t start can be jumped, but should not be used as the source to jump other cars with dead batteries.

Shouldn’t be grayed out. Make sure van’s in park and doors are closed perhaps?

I'm going to pickup a portable charger just to keep one in the van in case this issue happens again.

When you disable the kick sensor from the settings menu, does the button to open and close the doors still work?

Yes. A different button is used to disable power to the doors. That setting is unrelated to the kick sensors
