Just got this info from a YVR dealer. I'm not in the industry so I can't verify it. I'm waiting to hear about the Woodands model.

For 2022,
  • LE and XLE FWD are getting roof rails
  • XLE AWD is discontinued and AWD is only offered in LE, XSE, XSE Tech and Limited trims
  • Ottoman seats available for Limited AWD trim.
I was curious if only XSE and up were getting roof rails for 2022 (i.e. same as 2021).

It's also interesting that they are adding Ottoman seats to the AWD limited. Only the limited FWD had that option for 2021 (in Canada, down south they had models with that option).

So weird. I may be in one of the least snowy places in Canada but no way I'm buying a top end model without AWD.

I was talking to Don Valley Noth Toyota a couple of days ago, and they are still accepting orders for 2021. I specifically asked about 2022 MY and was told no infomation had been recieved from Toyota.

I put 2000 deppsot fpr a XSE+Tech, hopefully i am getting a 2022 MY in 5 months:)

I reached out to all dealers in Calgary region to enquire about 'Sienna 2022 Woodland Edition'. Three of them told me they have no information and two of them came back saying Sienna 2022 Woodland Edition is going to be a USA only trip (like Platinum). But I am going to wait a few month to hear the official word from Toyota before making my choice. If not Woodland then Limited AWD is the next best thing available.

Yeah, the dealer I was talking to said they could put in an order for an XSE for me (2021).

5 months to receive your order?

I ordered a white xse tech at the beginning of June. I'll let you know what it arrives. I went to a dealer in York Region

The roof rails are good news. I was very annoyed that in the states you can add them for $150, but in Canada they aren't available on the LE. I put my name on a waiting list yesterday, I was told I could be able to actually order a van in as little as 8 months ;-) Still bummed that the colour choice is white, grey or black. I've never ordered a new car before, I didn't realize the choices would be so rigid.
