you think you'll get a response? lol ...

BTW, the story matches the looks - https://www.alexandriatoyota.com/staff/
You are partially right. Partially; because I most certainly won't be responding to anymore judgmental calls questioning the credibility over and over again from all sorts of angles when it seems to me that when some people have already made up their minds to not believe something, I cannot change their minds.
I did go through my paperwork, and did find the Monroney label but seeing the response I am getting against the kind of intentions I had behind my original post, have decided not to respond to any more queries. Feel free to make whatever judgments you wish to make/conclude about it.

I find it rather amusing though that there is a member here who was questioning in a slightly sarcastic tone about my helpful post about the status of spare tires (in one of the threads), and the very next post made by someone pretty much backed up the credibility and integrity of my post when a completely random member posted his homework that out of 81 vehicles he searched in his region, only three were manufactured with a spare tire. Same story here, I said at the start of my post that I do not have the exact specifics right down to the last dollar otherwise I would have laid it out in exactly the same format that this thread has followed since its inception, but there's some people here who love to put the other person down. You see there is no harm in questioning, it is however the way and tone in which it is done that makes the difference between questioning something and having a condescending tone.

My understanding is that this is an internet forum with the idea to share knowledge and help each other. The golden rule of ethics applies here that it is in good faith. Let me know if this understanding is not on par.
I have been a regular viewer of this forum for a fair while, and trust me I know reasonably well the members who are helpful and good to interact with, and some who are not. Even if some one was new, It is pretty easy to conclude with some of the functionalities within the forum. Once again, please feel free to make whatever conclusion you wish to make out of my original post.

For Moderators, if you have any doubts (for any reason whatsoever) about my post or any word within my post, let me know.

I just picked up a 2022 with 6 miles in the Los Angeles area. Paid $1500 over MSRP. Dealer originally wanted $5k over. 2022 XLE 8 passenger in Blue. Came with a few factory options only. No extra dealer installed accessories. I didn’t hear much about financing on this thread. That’s where Toyota financial kicks your butt. I was offered 8.5% for 60 months sign and drive. I took an option contract (7 days to get my own financing from my credit union). Only 1.9% at 60 months but 20% down. I’ll happily down 20% to save 7k in interest!!

fyi I wanted the spare but beggars can’t be choosers. I’ll add it on myself later.

Do you mind sharing where that financing is? We have an allocation with our name on it. Toyota is offering 6.42% for 72 months. Which is actually fairly competitive from what I have found other places. Would be really interested in other options! Makes me really appreciate the 0% we got on our 2016 RAV4 Hybrid 6 years ago 😣.

You got a much better deal with Toyota financial than I did. I use the Japanese American Community Credit Union in LA.

In all likelihood interest rates are near a top.

Expect Fed to hike next week and then perhaps one more hike or even wait for more data.

Hopefully that translates into lower consumer rates early next year.

Would it be possible to decode from a vin if it’s fwd or awd? I was just checking on my dealer’s website and there’s 2 XSE’s in transit but one says RWD and was wondering if they meant AWD lol although they list it as 20” dark alloys so I guess that means they meant FWD

Thanks for sharing.

Shouldn't we wait for title to generate before refinancing? How would Toyota finance transfer title to the new bank if there is no title? How long does it typically take to generate title?

Also, what is option contract? Never heard of it before.

I made my purchase at Manhattan Beach Toyota on 11/30. It was the end of the month and they received a new Sienna to sell from the LA Auto Show. They called in the morning and I picked it up in the afternoon.

I also financed directly with my credit union. I did not have to refinance. They gave me a free 7 day loan. They also accept down payments with CC up to $5k. Sign up for a new cc and get 70k bonus points :)

What was your price paid out the door? I live nearby but they have considerable markup - not sure if they are still doing it or have seen the light and removed markups.

I paid $52.3k OTD. MSRP is $45,257. I have probably spoken with 25+ dealerships and told them how much I’m willing to pay. Ain’t no way I was paying $5k over. It’s going to be awhile before you can find one in stock and at MSRP in the Los Angeles area.

Excited to finally say we have our Sienna! I’ve been on the list since February with several dealerships in the Ohio Region, but mainly worked with Kings Toyota in Mason Ohio (Cincinnati). I was originally set on the woodland model, but because we have our 3rd child due at the end of January, I opened it up to XLE with plus package and inverter after thanksgiving. 5 days after I did that we got notified there was a Celestial Silver with plus package and inverter available due to a customer backing out. It had a few more additions from factory that I wouldn’t have added myself (other than maybe the side body molding). They weren’t deal breakers. Color wasn’t my first choice, but certainly not my last, and it really looks great. The big bonus was it was already built and would be delivered in the next few days. All at MSRP, without any negotiating required.

EXTREMELY happy with Kings Toyota. Our sales rep reached out with every allocation they got to keep us updated. Completely transparent on availability, costs, fees, trade in, and provided invoice without even asking. We were not pushed for extra protections, which was a much different experience from a different dealer and the purchase of our previous RAV4 hybrid.

I have gotten a lot of info off this thread and the forum as a whole, so I hope sharing my experience and info can be encouraging and helpful.
