Hello Everyone!

As a new member, I recently acquired a 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE with 17" wheels. I stumbled upon an amazing offer for a set of 2022 Sienna XLE wheels and tires priced at $750. The tire size and bolt pattern are compatible with my vehicle - 235/60R18, and they are practically brand new, complete with tire pressure sensors.

I have a question regarding the compatibility of these sensors with my 2015 model. Would I need to use the 2015 TPMS sensors on the 2022 Sienna XLE 18" wheels or would I be able to reprogram the new sensors to work with my vehicle? I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or advice on this matter.

Not sure of you are aware but the 2022 Sienna wheels come with plastic rim covers which are gkued on to the wheel, except for i think the Platinim trim and AFAIK, if you scratch the cover, it is not a replacable part. You have to replace the wheel.
This appears to be the trend across the auto industry, not just Toyotas.
