I’m on a waitlist for a 2022 XSE, and have indicated preference for an AWD model. Do the AWDs come with dark wheels, or do they come in Chrome?

Some dealers say dark, but I have found a few examples online with Chrome.

FWD XSE = 20” black
AWD XSE = 18” chrome

Both are plastic cladded

The rims are garbage.. Buy a set of lexus rx rims..

I kind of wish the XSE would just come with 17" wheels, so I can use those for winter tires and get nicer wheels for summer.

Hi just curious. That's a 20inch? what are the tire size? and its the RX version wheel?

If you end up getting AWD, you can always paint them. I wouldn't suggest powder coating them.

I had them powder coated and it started bubbling after a month cuz it didn't have good adhesion to the plastic bits. I ended up swapping them out for enkei xm-6 18in, and put the stock tires on). Anyways here are stock 18s in black:

You need to sandblast the plastic cladding and underlying glue away BEFORE applying powder coat, not try putting the powder coat over the plastic cladding.

Lol, I would've hoped the shop I took it did all the necessary prep work, but I guess not...

Where did you get center caps? I also have enkei Vulcans 18in. Any other color than red?
