I posted this in the Gen 4 Maintenance forum 5 days ago with zero interaction, so posting here to see if anyone can relate.
Just picked up our new ‘23 Platinum w/HUD.
noticed a strange line of distortion in the Windshield about 4-6 inches above the dash. Is extremely annoying. Was not a dealbreaker as I figured the windshield can be replaced. Now I’m seeing that the Platinums may have a special polarized windshield to accommodate the HUD display.
I’m also seeing that this has evidently been a problem with siennas for a while? Anyone have any input or experience getting a new windshield under warranty? I know I’m not crazy because I brought it home and my wife noticed it without me saying anything.

update: took the van to the dealership first thing Monday morning and they said they’ve experienced this with Tundras. They called someone from the state-wide Toyota service team to come down next week and take a look at it. So at least we’ve got movement towards a new windshield.
