Where are you located? I have been thinking about pro installation as well. The pictures really confuses me. Is that some sort of piece, or how big is this piece that connects to the radio via extension harness?
I'm in South East PA. I'm writing the installation process post now, the limit of 10 attachments per post is not helpful.

It's overall not very hard. But we have different experience in cars and electronics. The circuit board is about 2in by 3in, and needs to be connected inline of the radio and the screen. By only touching the edge of the circuit board and be careful with the cables, I think anyone can do it.

I just add more here. Once opened up, there are two boards secured to the frame/housing. You will need to remove at lease the top one, which is the bottom of the radio, but we have to open up from the bottom, and connect the inline mini board. The mini board will have to stay in between two OEM boards. It's wrapped with tape, so it will be safe in there.

I'll make it as detailed as possible for those steps.

I’m in Ohio. I spoke to them prior to ordering it by they said to bring it in once it comes in. The weather improved somewhat so i was able to continue the instalation. Op was right I did not need to buy the extensions so I will be sending it back. I am almost done, just need to install the passenger mirror. Some issues for me that I noticed is that I have an xse so that long front bracket did not fit, I had to use the universal one and drill 2 small holes to install it. For the wiring I used a couple of youtube videos, One was installing the lights in the trunk, another one was someone removing the doors and a mirror, another one was disassembly of the mirrors and the last one was the start x video installing thr remote start. I will post the links when I get the chance. Overall it took me about 4 hours as. I was taking my time.

So you decided to install it yourself and it works out. I have an XSE as well. You mean the front cam won't fit the grill without some modifications?

So the entire radio have to be removed, and disassembled to install this 2x3 board? Sounds complicated. Have you got a chance to calibrate it?

i will provide a pic tomorrow. Had to remove the front camera off the long bracket that it was attached to and attached it to the universal bracket. Then I had to drill 2 small holes on the grill then screwed on the bracket to the grill. Ran the wire to the passenger side of the engine and through the firewall then up to the radio. For the radio what I did was detached the touch screen from the radio as per the pictures in the manual, then I removed the small cord and attached the white one from the 360 there, then I attached the removed one to the 360. I didnt take apart the whole radio, only what was needed. Sidebar I build desktop PCs as a hobby so I am farmilar with takiing apart electronics.

Video of Trunk light install. After you remove the cover, you also have to remove the JBL speaker if you have one. The rear camers is held up by 2 bolts, Remove that and replace it with the 360. Run the wires through the ceiling

Start X remote start video. I used this video to take off the panels on the front and passenger sides to help run the wires to the radio.

Sienna take off door and mirror. I used this video to find outhow to take off the door panels and the mirror.

How to disassemble sienna mirror. I used this video to just learn how to remove the mirror. I didnt take apart the whole thing as that is not needed. After removing the mirror, I drilled the hole and removed the back cover as the video shows. I opened the bottom rubber to feed the wire after I installed the camera. Then placed it all back on the door and opened the door rubber wires connecting the door to the car and ran the 360 wire parallel as the OP picture notes to the radio.

Did any of you written up the installation procedures already? Is it in a different post? Please post a link here if you have.

I didn't write up a installation procedure and unfortunately did not take any video as I did the installation in a span of a week due to the weather. Using the youtube videos I posted earlier as well as general knowledge I did the following;

1. Remove the radio. Take off the back piece. It just pops off with a pry tool or a small flat head screw driver. Remove the 4 top bolts holding the radio in place. Pull the radio out. Disconnect every wire harness attached to the radio. You have to press the tabs to take them out.

2. Once you do that and the radio is out of the van, you have to remove the screws that is attached to the black plastic housing holding the radio to the touch screen. As
oasis6164 noted, take your time on this one. You might want to first take a pic of the screws so you know where to put them back when you put back together the radio. Once you remove the screws, you should be able to remove the black plastic housing from the radio. Then remove the additional screws holding the touch screen from the back portion of the radio. Once you do this the touch screen should be loose enough to seperate.

3. Gently seperate the touch screen from the rest of the radio. Follow the instructions on the guide and remove the long black short ribbon (the right one) from the touch screen. You have to press down to loose the clip. The other big white ribbon (left) should remain in place and attached to the radio and touchscreen. Take that short black ribbon per the pictures and attach it to the 360 bigger board (there are 2 boards, a big one and a small one) . Make sure you press back up the tab and check to make sure the connection is secure. Take the white short ribbon that is attached to 360 bigger board and attach it to the touch screen board where you removed the black short ribbon. Make sure you check the connection. Per the picture you can then place a piece of electrical tape and attach the bigger board ribbon to the metal base of the radio. After this you can start putting back the radio together by attaching the touch screen back to the radio with the screws and last the black plastic housing with the screws. There is going to be the short black ribbon with the yellow tape on the little board will be hanging outside of the radio. You can see it on my picture. You should remove the yellow tape and wrap it with electrical tape and tape it to the bottom of the radio.

4. Attach the wire harnesses in the Van to the 360, and attach the 360 to the radio remaining harnesses. The one you just installed in the radio should be attached to the 360. There is one harnness that controls the SRS airbag sensor will need to be re-attached to the radio. It is located on the left hand side in the back of the touch screen. Once you attach everything, attach just the camera only to the 360. Black is Front, Yellow is Back, Red is left and Blue is Right. Turn car and radio on. and test to make sure it is working. You will have to go into reverse to activate 360 if it does not activate itself on its own. You can also use the remote if you pull the IR out. The kit did not come with the battery for the remote so you have to order it seperately. Its CR2025. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071CTWW5Z?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details If it does come on and the cameras do work, then you are done with this part, and you can detach the cameras from the 360. Leave the radio attached to the wire harnesses and not put back in its place in the van. As an option, you may also attach usb memory stick to the 360 for recording purposes. I attached a 128 gig one and had to format it in the unit.

While the radio is still out as oasis6164 noted you have to cut a wire on the 360 harness, see the picture below he posted earlier so the 360 will engage when you put the car in reverse, else you will see a blank screen.

Open the trunk and using the video above to take off the panel. My van has JBL premium speakers so I had to remove 4 bolts that was holding the speaker housing, and remove the wire harness. Then I was able to access the rear camera housing. Removed the 2 screws holding it in place and detached the wire harness. The wire harness will no longer be used so you can zip tie it to other wires if you like. Attached the 360 rear camera to the same spot you removed the old one. Attach the yellow long wire to the rear camera. You have to run it through the ceiling to the front of the van (either side). The high brake light panel can pe popped off. I ran mine through the left side as I previously ran my digital rear view mirror on the left side as well (see picture) . You should be able to stuff the wire in the ceiling etc by making an opening small enough with your fingers. The ceiling etc does give way to make this happen. Once you ran it to the front you can stop running it once you reach the front driver side door or front passenger side door (see pic below). Put back the JBL speaker with the 4 bolts and put back the trunk Door Panel. Make sure you have enough slack so when the trunk open and close it does not pull the camera wires apart.

6.

Using the Start X video, you need to open the paneling on both sides so you can run the wires to the radio. Once you did this then you can fish the rear wire to the radio. To do that you will need a wire tool. I used this one for all of the fishing. You can use that or something similar. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PGPGT2P?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 . Set the wire fish up and stick it through the hole from the radio to the side where you ran the wire to. You should make it long enough so you can see it once you fished it down. Then attach the rear wire to the fish and gently pull it back up then connect it to the 360 Red wire. As oasis6164 noted, you will need an extension or 2 to make sure the wire reaches the radio. I didn't need the extension for the other wires just for the rear one. Leave the paneling and the radio open until you have ran all of the wires.

For the front camera for all models open the hood. Take off front black plastic big panel over the grill by removing the pop up tabs. There are several holding it in place. You will need a pry tool similar to this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C1857QC?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 . Be carefull not to break them as they can easily break. If so you can buy some replacement ones. Once you remove the panel, the second part will depend on the type of front grill you have. If you have the LE model, you can attach the black wire with the short wire cover to the front camera enclosed in the bracket. Fish the wire through the front gril top line just under the Toyota emblem and place the camera in the center of the emblem. If you have the XSE like me, you will have to do the following. Screw off the front camera from the bracket housing and screw it on the provided universal bracket. You will need to drill 2 small holes, smaller than the provided screws so you can screw them on. What I did was place the universal camera in the front grill top line just under the emblem (see picture) and held it there while I drilled one of the holes. Then I screwed one in place holding the camera. Then I drilled the other one and installed the screw. Once you install the camera with either method, you have to run the wire from the grill to the left side of the van where the engine wires go into the interior. (see pictures). You can follow either mine or oasis6164 method. https://www.siennachat.com/threads/how-to-install-360-degrees-birds-eye-view-camera-system.75349/#post-462452 . If you are following mine then you can do the following; connect the fishing to 2 or 3 of the rods assuming you are using the one similar to the one above. Locate the rubber wire housing leading to the interior as per the pictures, pry it out by making a small opening enough so you can fish the wire pole through. Keep the opening in one hand and start fishing the pole through so you can push it through with no obstruction and you can see the pole in the interior. Once you seen the pole in the interior, then connect the camera wire to the pole and then carefully pull it through. Just have enough slack in the engine so you can zip tie the wires etc. In the interior just like you did for the back camera wire, go to the radio and start placing the wire fish pole down through the opening until you see it at the bottom passenger side. Then you can connect the fish to the front wire and fish it up to the radio and connect it. Then you can begin to zip tie the front wires and push back the rubber housing and place back the panel etc.

For the left driverside door mirror do the following; Using the above video, take off door panel and take off the mirror. Using the 2nd video above, dissassemble the mirror by just removing the mirror and the backside cover only. You do not need to dissable the whole mirror as that is not needed but remove the mirror and back cover only. Using the provided driller extension, drill the hole using my pictures as a reference. Use caution to only drill in the open part and not to touch any other part. using the pictures as a reference, place the slanted rubber camera holder in the hole. Place the blue camera in. The eye should be facing around the 7-8:00pm position (clock reference). Grab the red wire extension and you will have to work on fishing it through from the plug to the backside of the mirror. The rubber housing where the wire harness does give way some and you might want to try to use a wire fish. If sucessfull you can then connect it to the camera. Just have a little slack in the housing if you need to re-adjust the camera position later and for if you have power folding mirrors. (mine does not) After connecting it to the camera lense, you then can put the back piece and the mirror back on. Re-attach the mirror back to the door. At the door where it connects the wires running from the door to the interior, you can pry open the rubber wire housing enough to run a fish wire through. Connect the camera wire to that fish wire and pull it through. Next pry open the rubber housing to the interior of the van and fish a wire through until you can see it inside. Then connect that camera wire to the fish wire and pull through genlty until its all inside. Leave some slack so you can open and close the door without pulling the wire. See the picture below as a reference. Do the same step for the rear view camera by going to the radio and fish another wire pole down until you see it and connect it to the camera wire and pull it up to the radio and connect it. Then you can re-install the door panel and the left driver side paneling too once you zip tie everything.

Driverside camera
driverside door

For the right side passenger door mirror is the same as the left side except to place the camera lense in the 3-4:00 position. I was unable to fish the wire from the door to the interior due to the wires was obstructing so I ran the wire from the door to the paneling. You can use the picture below as a reference. Once you fished it through the procedure is the same as you installed the front camera by going to the top radio and fish the wire pole to the right and attach the right camera wire to it. The blue extension wire is for the right camera. Once it is connected then all four cameras are now connected. You can put back up the door panel, and the right side paneling, glove box, zip ties etc.

Below are some of the pics I took of the 360 in action. To me, it is a drastic improvement on the reverse camera and dynamic lines are back. The 360 will automatically will turn on when you are getting too close to something if you have it in drive. Some of the pics was in a car wash and others was in a parking lot.

One of the pics shows my cell phone holder, that I sometime use when I am ubering. If you want one for your sienna, I brought it from here;

If you look under the mirror where you installed the camera, isn't there already a circular mark there? I looks like it is closer towards the door. I wonder if that is the location for the actuall mark for the OEM 360 camera? Please comment for all of you that already installed the discused 360 system.

Also, I see you route the door camera cable outside of the rubber housing housing where other cable are routed thru there. I wonder why you don't route the cable inside of that rubber corrugated tube?

I purchased this https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806052021943.html and the ribbon cables from the Big Board are different sizes than the ribbon cables on the radio? One is bigger than original and the other is smaller than original. Also I don't have a long and a short ribbon. They are the same length, black with white edges.
