8th Seat - Cannot Remove due to Upper Missing Release Strap

I just purchased a 2011 Sienna LE. The upper release strap at the top corner of the seat is missing. Thus, I cannot remove the seat. I would appreciate any help.

Does anyone have an answer to this question? I just purchased a 2011 Sienna yesterday and the strap to remove the 8th seat is missing. Is there a way for me to remove the seat without the strap?
