Finally got around to putting the TRD Camry wheels on with Wildpeak AT Trails on my XSE AWD. Pulled off our Rav4 Prime. There was a photoshop I did a year ago or more before I even had the van floating around on the forum.

notes:
There is a smooth side and aggressive sidewall side to these tires. This is the more aggressive sidewall side.
I lost 0.5-1 mpg from oem AWD XSE setup

Next step is trim chrome delete then I’m done!

what size tires did you used ? Any spacers needed or it was a direct fit without modifying

+1 would like to know size as well. Looks great. The Camry wheels are 18s?

How do the Falkens feel on the highway? Still seeing around 1mpg drop?

The GVWR of my Sienna AWD is 2800 Kg (6173 lbs) and both the Front and Rear wheels support weight is 1545 Kg (3406 lbs) or 772.5 Kg (1703 lbs) on each wheel. From the spec, it is exceeded the support for those weight. I like those wheels from the RX350 but they are just too heavy.

Haven’t seen any off roading content on this thread, so thought I would add my experience! I also have my own thread if anybody wants to follow.

I got some new tires installed on my stock platinum wheels. They are 255/60/18 all around, Toyo Tires Open Country A/T III. 20mm wider than factory, and also 1” higher. Luckily I have no rubbing at all!

I was worried about the drive getting a lot more rough, because these cars are AMAZINGLY smooth from factory. I would say the drive remains about 80-85% as smooth with these new tires (although I have not hit highway speeds yet, only about 55mph). It is mainly tiny bumps/cracks that you feel more with these tires. Road noise is about the same.

I only got these tires installed today, so will keep you all updated on MPG changes, as well as speedometer changes (if any).

Plan on installing the Journeys 3” lift kit tomorrow as well.

Do you think 18x8 +38et rims will do? I was thinking of going with 245/60R18 instead of stock 235s. Will the inner rims touch the suspension parts with the offset I pick? Will 8.5” be good with no rub in the front when turning the wheels all the way? I’m new to this SiennaChat. I own a 2022 Toyota Sienna Limited.

For those that are curious about protrusion (or retraction) with different wheel setups, I highly recommend checking this:

Type in the wheel you know works fine on the left (such as OEM specs), then the wheel you want to change to on the right. It will tell you how much further in (or out) it will stick. Usually, from my experience, if the inner rim retracts a bit (closer to the brakes) is okay. Just don't go too crazy :) . Another thing people should be careful of is sticking too much out - too much poke could mean your tire might hit or rub the rear sliding doors. I have posted all my research and specs in my build thread. Good luck!

Is anybody selling their OEM wheels? I got new off-roading tires on my ‘22 Platinum, and want to have an extra set of wheels with my OEM tires. Located in the Chicagoland area
I just picked up my XLE today and immediately jumped on the forums for mod ideas. I might get new wheel/rim set up so I may be willing to sell. I’m on the west coast though.

Regarding aftermarket wheels (and tires), my main question is what are Sienna owners doing with their stock Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPSM) sensors?

Do most people skip them on their aftermarket wheels? Do they buy a new set of sensors for almost $400? Do they remove them from the old stock wheels and then transfer the sensors to their new aftermarket wheels? Or?

Also do the Sienna TPMS sensors give actual tire psi, or do they just alert the driver that the tire pressure is "low"?

Finally, does anybody know what is the weight of the stock 17" wheels that come on the LE or XLE? Just the weight of the rims, not the tires? Or where l could look this up? Thanks.

Most people either transfer the sensors over to the new wheels or purchase a new set. The sensors do display the individual tire pressure. There’s TPMS threads with the part numbers with more information.

Thanks. We have an 08 prius, and we have a TPMS that just gives low pressure alerts, but no tire psi. So, that is pretty handy to have the actual psi available remotely.

For anyone: any thoughts where l can find the weight of a stock Sienna 17" wheel rim?
