Before reading the comments I did not realize there was a difference in the trunk cavity area of Siennas with and without the spare tire. So if you originally purchased your van without a spare tire, and purchase the parts to get a spare tire - does it also change the shape of this trunk/cavity area ? What goes into that space on the passenger side area - why does it have that diagonal cut-out.
