I see the Highlander is getting some updates in 2023 -- better multimedia screens, folding mirror, other minor changes.

I'm currently first in line for a Sienna Limited or Platinum at a local dealership.
Are there any changes to the 2023 that would merit waiting if I was offered a '22 sooner?

A sienna in hand is better than nothing in this market.

As for the 2023 changes, other than the anniversary edition there is nothing to report:

I'll consider one when they upgrade the head unit to what's on the tundra or Highlander. The one in there is pretty ancient now compared to others in Toyotas lineup.

The highlander units aren't much better. But at least you can take the highlander unit out with an adapter kit and put in a Pioneer!

OH yeah that too! these newer built in units won't be upgradeable. Unlike the gen3 I have right now. Maybe the 2023 Highlander has the nicer 11-14" unit like the Tundra.

Already confirmed 2023 Highlander gets the updated infotainment unit, along with the Corolla and RAV4. The Sienna and the Camry carry on with the old units.

I bet the sienna isn't going to change for another 2 years, maybe 2025. Typical it's 4 years, that seems normal for Toyota and Subaru
