I installed the Hamilton system in my 2015 Sienna limited last week which has nav, rear entertainment and the JBL sound system. Works well and installation was fairly straightforward. Had a bit of an issue with the touchscreen not working but after emailing their support a picture of the model number and being told to turn on din codes 1 and 7, it's working. I'd recommend sending a picture of the head unit details to support before you put it all back together or doing a full test before putting it all together. Also, make sure you move the gear shift out of park before removing the trim pieces. It's impossible to remove that with the shifter in park.

I did remove the satellite radio unit since it makes it hard to get the Hamilton unit and cables all fitting nicely.

The system is a bit more expensive compared to some others I considered. The main reason I went with Hamilton is that support was confident that it would support the JBL sound system. It wasn't clear if the CaraBC system was compatible but that seems like a an easier install because you don't have to fiddle with those blue strips behind the screen.
