I am looking for the best look and brightness LED DRL that anyone of you have installed on your sienna.

I have purchased something cheap and I am not sure if is the LED light or the DRL controller ( from ebay ) that keep malfunction.... it was a simple connection and I can be sure that nothing was wrong.

Anyway, All i want to do is some simple connection, and a set of reliable LED DRL, and also the DRL controller ( once you turn on the headlights, the DRL will become off ).

Please send me your pictures and comments so that I can make sure my next set will last for a long time.

Thanks.

I had a strip of white led on my Lexus RX, picture on the link within my signature, It was connected to a 12V power source where when engine starts, power and engine stops, cut power, very simple to do

I did not have much luck with setting the LED DRL....

I bought the LED DRL CONTROLLER from ebay and amazon, 2 different styles..... both don't work... really not sure why... the problem i have is that they only work for a few weeks and then it does not work anymore.

I believe that it was not the LED DRL itself that has anything wrong... it is indeed the controller... or the way I connected it?

it is all straight forward and one more white wire to tap onto the headlight's +ve wire, so that when the head light is on, the LED will turn off etc.

Before I had the LED installed, I already have installed a set of HID for low beam.

The way that I tap the white wire to the head light is after passing thru the ballast ( i.e. between the ballast and the HID Bulb. )

Some one told me that that is probably the reason it does not work... is because current too high ? and I should tab in to the +ve before it pass via the ballast.

Any comments?

Or may be the things i bought was too cheap... ebay items.. and I should get a pair of good ones... but those philips daylight 8 etc costs over 120 USD! It will be expensive if i find out that it is not working again still......

Hope some one can give me insights to why i have such problem. the HID i bought are from DDM tuning ( www.ddmtuning.com ).

Thanks all.
