Has anyone noticed intermittent buzzing/ringing from the blower motor? At least I believe I've isolated it to the blower motor.. it occurs with AC off, stereo off, ECO mode on/off, goes away when climate control is off. Most noticeable from front seats. Sounds more like electronic buzzing than say restricted airflow.

When it's there it's present for at least several minutes off and on (or longer), but not the entire trip. It "seems" more noticeable at highway speeds. Blasting music helps of course but that's not always an option. I have tinnitus and it is annoying to say the least.

I must be the only one. It can sort of be triggered by setting the fan to max, then changing it to low. The sound appears to be coming from behind the general AC panel area (passenger glovebox seems to be the easiest place to clearly hear it).

I will have to take it by the dealer and attempt to have them take a listen.

Can't say have noticed but generally using Auto climate so something always on, AC or heat.
And highway wind noise and/or engine would drone out.

I'll check next trip. So with no AC or heat and just front fan on high then low?

Sure it's not loose belt or something in storage along the doors?

I've sometimes thought there was a weird noise but so far have isolated to radio mostly or small item moving in one of the cubbies.

Thanks. It does it whether auto or manual, AC on or off, though I haven't been brave enough to try heat yet..

When the whole climate control system is off it goes away so I know it's related to that. It sounds like an electronic noise to me.. like a dying LED lightbulb or something. Or maybe a really high pitched bad bearing.. but it's annoying even at highway speeds.

I'll see if I can get audio.. I imagine the dealer is going to claim it's subjective, hoping someone else has run into this (and resolved it)
