I have a Sienna 2020 XLE. I misplaced my key while giving somebody else a jump. It might be somewhere in the van or under the hood. I was able to drive and then lock up using the spare key. Is it possible to lock the van with one key while there's another key still inside?

I believe it has to be no more than 3 feet away from the PTS receiver to allow the van to start. So if it is outside that radius then it is as good as no key and you should be able to lock it with the other one.

If all the doors are closed, the van will let you lock a fob inside with the other key. It won’t though if you try with the switch on the door with the door open. If the van starts with the spare key outside, the lost key is definitely in the van.
