Cost of labor to replace both front lower control arms and front right CV axle/shaft?

That's typical at the Stealer. Get a few quotes and see if the indies will allow you to bring in your own parts. Usually with this, you don't get the typical 1yr/12K mile warranty. However you can get OE parts for a decent discount from Online Toyota Dealers.

$1300 for Labor at the Indie is on the higher side as the labor for CV shaft and control arm overlaps. if the need is not immediate, ask around, and get the parts from RockAuto or ONline Toyota dealer based on your preference
