I have a 2017 2GR- FKS, and I don't know where to look to find the cylinder block coolant drain plug.

Thanks in advance.

Here is the Toyota recommended process for coolant flush on the 2GR-FKS engine... 2gr-fks flush and here is an older thread discussing the flush.... Coolant Flush.

The first link shows the location of the drain plug on the engine. Since this service is not done ever so often, I would take the time and effort to drain it from the block unless it involves anything short of dropping the engine. The bleed process is a bit different done the engine does not have a bleed screw.
My 2011 V6 had two block drains. The one on the front bank was down close to the oil dip stick. If I remember right, you had to use a mirror to see it. To get to the drain on the back side, you had to jack up the car, and you would see it once you get under there.
The 2011 is a 2GR-FE engine which is different than the OP's. Their is no coolant drain on the back of the engine for the 2GR-FKS
