As per my Dealer, my vehicle was built on 28 July 22, and initially, he told me it would be delivered latest by 16 Aug . Today, he says it is still at the port of Indiana for Shipment. Can I trust that? For the past month, it has been waiting to be shipped. I saw on the dealer website that he had 8 Vehicles of Sienna under transit. Almost 6 of them got delivered during the past 25 days.

Has anyone experienced such a delay of one month waiting at the Indiana factory for shipment

I dont work at the Indiana plant but I can tell you for a fact that yes, it is very possible for cars to sit in the yard waiting to get shipped for many reasons. Right now the biggest problem is short parts. So they can build the vehicle and park it outside till the short part arrives. Not what you want to hear but if they gave you a valid VIN and said its built, you just have to be patient.
As for some being shipped and some not, if its a parts issue not all cars have the same options, so not all cars are missing the same parts.

Waiting on one to hit the dealer lot. It was built 7/27/22. Initially was supposed to hit dealer lot August 12th-15th. It got on the rail on 25th. Waiting for it to arrive September 1st - 7th. Definately seems plausible.

I am located CA. My Sienna was told delivery between Aug 22th to 27th at beginning, and I called dealer after 27th, they told me delay, new timeline around Sep 1st to 6th. After 6th, I called again, they said still delay, no new updated timeline now. so you are not the only one

Just took delivery of ours today.
Predawn Mica Gray exterior, Moonstone interior, AWD XSE with XSE plus with the inverter, mudguards and all weather mats. Very blessed with the fact that we were offered this van that someone else had ordered in April and decided they did not want.
