Engine Moving Control Rod (Dog Bone Mount) - 2001 Sienna XLE

I have a 2001 Sienna XLE. The dealer said that the dog bone mount is torn.
The part is 12363-0A040 (Engine Moving Control Rod).
Is this a difficult part to replace yourself? Haynes says that the engine should be raised slightly to take pressure off the bolts.
Anyone have any experience and/or suggestions?
Thanks very much.

That looks like one of the mounts you remove when you do the timing belt. You can put a piece of wood under the oil pan 2x6 to jack up the engine slightly. Just spray the nuts with penetrating oil for a few days before you tackle the repair to ensure the nuts come out without any issue. Some of the other bolts that are for the lower motor mounts have a tendency to snap when being removed.
