Excessive Toyota Sienna Tire Wear = Class Action Lawsuit?

I heard that the inflation information for our vans is incorrect. To correct the uneven wear you need to inflate the tires between 38-40psi. My runflats only lasted 21k and I felt unsafe if I pushed it to even 25k. I have the General Altimax running 39psi.
