yup, the XSE non-tech-pack doesn't have fog light in Canada
althought it doesn't have the fog light
the wires and connectors are already there
what you need is a fog light and a turning/light knob with fog switch

The Canadian XSE knob vs the US knob(?) with fog light and drl off
Hand Photograph White Camera accessory Product

3 screws to take over the wheel covers
Hood Automotive tire Automotive lighting Automotive design Automotive exterior

Its just 2 screws securing the knob, take it out and plugin the new knob

Plant Vehicle Car Speedometer Steering part

The fog light kit with harness and switch
only need the fog light for XSE

Automotive lighting Automotive tire Motor vehicle Electrical wiring Rim

The wire and connector found behind the bumper
just plug it into the fog light

Hand Automotive tire Gesture Finger Thumb

Hand Bicycle Bicycle tire Automotive tire Finger

Car Vehicle registration plate Vehicle Grille Window

Done, an easy upgrade for the Canadian XSE

China/Taiwan spec, rear fog light not mandatory in US/Canada market.
BTW, highlander and sienna use same knob. might cheaper and easier to find with keyword "highlander".

US spec PN

Cool, I was wondering about the rear fog setting.

Edit: You are correct, -0R020 seems to be the correct US spec switch.

That's an awesome install you did! How did you access the fog lights location, did you go underneath it or by the wheel well? Do you have the link for the fog lights & the light knob? I just have a '22 LE & I looked under it & it got wiring for the fog lights, so im just wondering if it's the same case with my LE. Thanks & hoping for your help!🙂👍🏼

From the wheel well, just need to take off 2 clips and 2 screws and then you got plenty of room to get your hand in there
I bought everything on the chinese shopping web site Taobao and got it shipped to Canada
I couldn't find the knob on ebay or aliexpress
this is a similar fog light kit on ebay:

Hi there, just to clarify, will this switch knob with P/N is 84329-02050 will work on our Sienna or the one you said you have? US $48.17 30%OFF | Auto Headlight Closing Handle Sensor Switch Fog Light Button For Toyota RAV4 2019-2022 84329-33060...
Are they pretty much the same or different? Also on your pic, do you need to connect just one connector or both on the fog lights? Bec i saw two connectors there and just wondering if you need to connect both or just the smaller one. Thanks

There are various p/n with slight differences, but it seems that all the 84329-xxxxx parts will fit, just need to make sure it's one with fog light switch included. I have trouble making sure which one is which because a lot of parts listings don't have pictures, and there are also some with incorrect pictures.

After looking it over, it looks like I was wrong before, the correct US part is -0R020 as banson99 noted.

P/N 84329-0R020 is the most "proper" part, it is the US spec with DRL Off setting, and foglight switch (front only)
P/N 84329-0E040 is a Taiwan spec part and I can't tell exactly what it is other than it has DRL Off and foglights, it MAY be what the OP got
P/N 84329-0E030 is the Canadian spec part with fog light, it should also work but you don't get the DRL Off setting

P/N 84329-02050 is US spec turn signal only, no fog
P/N 84329-0E020 is Canadian spec turn signal only, no fog, no DRL off

P/N 84329-33060 is an overseas part that is not specified for Sienna, it has the off setting but it's marked with "o" instead of "DRL Off", it also has both front and rear foglight settings - there's a good chance it's compatible as it looks identical to OP's part other than "DRL Off" marking, but not officially specified so try at own risk

Just tried to do this over the weekend. How did you remove the turn signal switch? Other than the two screws, is there a clip or anything I need to push down to remove it?

I removed the two screws but it would not slide out. I tried pulling on it but did not want to pull too hard as I was nervous I might break something on my $40K six month old vehicle. Any advice?

I tried again today. I pushed on the clip and pulled with my fingernails but the stalk still would not come off. I’ll just have it done at the dealership. I was planning to have them install the fog lights anyway so I’ll ask them to do the turn signal stalk as well. I couldn’t fit my hand in the side of the bumper like how you did to tighten the fog lights enough. Not enough room for my hands.

I can confirm P/N 84329-0R020 is the correct part number. However, i notice its a little different from OPs. Looks like OP has two options of fog light setting instead of one. I am curious, what does both those settings do?

Found this one that shown will fit the 2021 Sienna on Aliexpress.

Thanks, this seller is pretty pricey. But more importantly, they directly confirm that both versions with "DRL Off" writing or just "O" off position are interchangeable, so that gives a lot more confidence that the 84329-33060 part will work.
