These days I'm doing a bit of highway driving 100-200 miles round trip. With just me in the van I am seeing 25-26mpg at 65-70 mph. My 06 LE has 171k miles. I'm happy with those numbers and I am running premium gasoline

With 140k miles on it, my 2007 van is getting the best mileage in its life. When new, it would top out at 25 mpg on highway no matter what fuel grade I used. For the last year or two, I've been getting a good 27 to 28 mpg on the highway using 87 octane fuel. All mpg measurements are hand calculated per tank.

Have you ever done any mileage comparisons between using regular or premium?
No , I havent. To me the van performs much better with premium which I like. The engine seems less noisy also

Several years ago I had a 2004 Sienna LE van with 254,000 miles on it. We use to take trips to Florida in that van. After filling up with Sunoco premium, I drove that van from Longwood Florida, 570 miles, to Granite Falls North Carolina on one tank of fuel! What a great vehicle that was!

My stop and go city driving usually get 17 to 19 or so. On the freeway, can get up to around 30 or so trying a bit. Could try harder and do better. My average on tanks is usually around 22 to 24 between city/highway and driving casually

We have a 2004 CE.

We had our best mileage last December as we crossed the US North to South from eastern Canada to Orlando FL then back, averaging 26.4 mpgs.

On daily duties, it's usually around 21.

My wife's colleagues thought we were nuts to undertake such a trip on a 15 years old van with 130,000 miles. :D

Just got back from a trip to upstate NY from SE PA. Just under 600 miles RT in a 2004 Sienna LE AWD with @96,xxx miles on it. Mostly interstate miles, got a bit over 24 MPG. Tried to keep it about 67 mph give or take. Used cruise when possible. I did take off the run flats and installed regular tires and now have a spare in the back.

06LE ,I recently drove 830 miles from Florida up to N. Carolina and averaged 27mpg. With the exception of about 12 miles all were highway miles and this with a loaded van ( no middle seats). I am curious to see what I will get for the return with the van almost empty

Sheesh. This NorCal heat and pandemic has messed up my mpg so bad!

Rarely do any drives longer than a few miles anymore and my suburban area which is almost constant stop/go traffic.

Been getting roughly 14 to 18 mpg on my last few tanks :(

Did a good highway drive the other day and got about 22mpg without trying to max mpg on around 80 miles (with traffic)
